Experience

Mrs. Stembridge first worked in the Ben Hill County School System as a substitute teacher. Shortly after that, she was hired as a Kindergarten paraprofessional for one year before moving to the Media Center as a paraprofessional. She worked there for 4 and 3/4 years while at the same time beginning her college career. After graduation she taught Second grade in Irwin County for three years. Mrs. Stembridge came to the Ben Hill Primary for the 2000-2001 school year where she taught First grade for two years. During this time she began to pursue her masters degree in Library Media. In 2002, Mrs. Stembridge became Media Specialist at BHP.
